This awning is guaranteed against faulty parts and workmanship for one year from the date of delivery. Faulty parts will be replaced or exchanged within that period. The guarantee covers domestic use only and does not include the fabric.
If in doubt about the quality of the ground / concrete structure you are wanting to mount and stand the awning on, you can use an epoxy resin to secure the mountings in the wall and always hire professional installers.
