Overall experience was good. Ordering online is straight forward. Awnings are of good quality and well designed. Installation was excellent with Toni being super helpful, friendly and patient, helping also with the wall lights I had to move to fix the awning.
The only reason for the 4 instead of 5 star is that this company does not answer phone calls or whatsapp chats despite advertising their number in their contact details. They will expect you to have all communication done via email, so if you have any burning question you would rather speak to them about on the phone, they will not answer and will have no choice than using emails hoping they will swiftly answer.
An example was that I was told by email on a Sunday at 8.55am, the day before a bank holiday, that there was ‘a possibility’ they could anticipate my installation to the next day, on the Monday bank holiday, and asking if in case I was available. I immediately replied Yes to it and as it was ‘a possibility’ I asked for definite confirmation and the time window (AM or PM?) the installation would have happened so I could arrange my day. They did not come back to me the all day. The next day again no reply at all to emails or my calls. By 2pm none had come so I gave up on expecting the installation was going ahead on a bank holiday. To my surprise at 3pm Toni rang my door to install. I was pleased the installation could go ahead in the end but with no confirmation I could have gone out. Customers should not be left waiting and wondering without knowing, if I had to work on the day it would have been really difficult without knowing the time. It is just a matter of courtesy.

Toni, the installer, was such a pleasant guy who obviously knew exactly what he was doing. He carried out a hassle-free install which was absolutely spot-on first time. He patiently explained and demonstrated the operation of the unit and gave advice on getting the best out of our new awning.

Thankfully didn’t bring with him a huge radio to play as loud as possible- like a lot of workpeople. Whilst I have only used the awnings a few times so far, they have been brilliant and do just what I was hoping for. To add a couple of thoughts on now I have the experience of using them, I think I would have saved to buy the electrical open/close version. I have two, 3 meter width awnings and whilst they open with easy, closing them takes a little more energy. This is nothing against what I have – just a thought for those about to invest. It may be that 2 meter width awnings would be easier to close.

Fantastic product, very well made using High Quality materials. Movement is very smooth & the lighting is bright. Fitted by a very nice chap with a good standard of workmanship.
My only disapointment was that the fitter did not hard wire the Power supply into the house, that is down to us we where told (so extra wiring costs involved)
Also the cable & plug lead from the Awing is like 1.5mts long Why ????? the Awning is 2.4mts High from ground level so we now need to have external junction box with extra cable running into house. (For the money you would exspect a Lead long enough to plug in 4mts +)
Overall a Great Product for once, very pleased just the one small Lead issue which is why its a 4 not a 5 Star Product.

Very straight on paddling. I think because of the common design head, lifted head, and 3 fins. Easy to inflate until 12 PSI .. after that you have to turn off the double action pump function to be simple.

I am very happy to let you have a review of the patio awning that you supplied – in general I have been very pleased with both the product and the quick delivery service.
I ordered the INT 500 – Full Cassette Heavy Duty Patio Awning, manual control with grey frame. The awning was 5.0m wide and extended out 3.5m.
I have been delighted with both the product and the speed of delivery, which took place within 24 hours of placing the order.
The awning extends quite easily with the handle provided and covers the entire area of our outdoor seating arrangement as can be seen from the photographs.
The only niggle is that the winding handle and the hook that it links into are coloured white, whereas the cassette itself and the material is a dark grey. A matching handle would have been a better option. Otherwise, delighted.

I found the team at Intelroll easy to contact and quick to respond. The awning arrived as promised and was relatively easy to install. The mounting brackets can be fitted by one person but beware the awning itself is very heavy and takes a minimum of two people to lift and fit. The only slight issue we had was that the fitted cable was too short to reach the plug socket directly below, so we wired it to an external fused switch and then down to the socket. The awning looks great fitted and the operation is smooth and quiet, it also extends a long way out providing plenty of shade to sit under. We have been using it for a couple of months now with no problems at all.

Where we have put the Awning it gives us shade when the sun is high during the day. Pleased with it so far. It comes out quite easily but takes much more strength to roll it back in. It was delivered very quickly on the day my grandson was there to help. We measure out where it was to go I have a brickwork house mark where brackets go piloted a 7mm hole first then the 14mm unfortunately the brick in the wall are hollow so I got some epoxy resin filled the hollow then put the bolts inlet it cure put the bracket on tightened the bolts solid the other bolts missed the hollow offered the framework & canvas up to the brackets slipped in easily the outside bolts slipping easy the middle bolt was tight due to the bend in the wall so we had to tap the frame we are only taking about a 1mm and secured. I kept the canvas in while trying to adjust for a lower pitch (mistake) let the canvas out to adjust the the pitch on either side you can level the front at this point you can eye it through by eyeing the front with back. The canopy has shaded the window at the front of south facing house.the canopy looks good well pleased

Got the electric one, definitely recommend if you have somewhere to plug it in but the cable is fairly short and can be very inconvinient. Might want to get a garden electric supply installed along with the awnings, otherwise you’ll be plugging and unplugging it all the time into an extension lead like I have to for the moment. Works great, had no issues so far, but will update review if anything comes up. UPDATE: 2 months in, mothing so far, stil works just as well.

The blind is just what I needed and expected. At 3.5 meters long it is getting heavy to lift but two strong people managed it without any problems. The fitting is very easy, if you take the time to fit the brackets level and securely. I did but I would imagine that if the brackets were out of line by a couple of mm it would cause you a lot of problems. The angle adjustment looks easy but I haven’t needed this. The blind is a nice colour and will give the grandchildren some shade over there sand and water. A slip on cover to put on the rolled up blind when it’s on the wall would keep it in prestine condition.

My husband and I are both very pleased with the awnings. We tried to install it and messed up so we had to call the installers to come do It for us. They fixed our mistake and did a fantastic job installing it. It took roughly two hours with a tea break inbetween.

Its definitely a 2 person job to put this awning up, but after getting centre bracket in place it was straightforward. I still have to adjust the angle of awning, but that can wait. Only thing I cant see is the spirit level that should be on the front bar, but I will check when making final adjustments. Overall it’s a great item.

Put average as once it’s up it’s fine it’s just getting it up.We live in a bungalow with an overhang so restricted to the height whilst on a house it doesn’t matter if it’s a bit high it still work but with a bungalow it’s not the case. If the instructions were better with more detail it would have helped, once you drill you’ve used your rawl plugs !! Now we have adjusted the fitting which was a bit tricky it is great
