Poor customer aftercare service. Our awning has been deemed unsafe to use less than a year after install. Intelroll have not yet responded to my complaint after several emails. Very disappointed.

Brilliant service and product - highly recommend!

The customer service communication was fantastic. They were very helpful and organised delivery to the other end of the country to coincide with deliveries heading my way, meaning... we got our awning within 1 week.

The awning itself is amazing quality. It was easy to install. It looks great, is sturdy and does the job perfectly! We have enjoyed it in the rain and the sunshine!

Excellent, quick service from a delightful Monika and her partner Tony! Monika measured up for 5 vertical blinds and 2 Velux roof window blinds. Within 8 days of that, they arrived to fit all 7 and I was particularly pleased with the Velux... remote control blackout blinds. Can’t fault their professionalism and attention to detail.
