Please note that customers are responsible for the return costs of the wrong items ordered, unwanted items or unconfirmed return by IntelRoll. Items must be returned in a re-saleable condition and we need to receive that in 21 days.
(Note that the dispatch needs to be less than 21 days because we need to receive it before the 21 days expire)
Please note that as in our Terms and Conditions for damaged items our priority is to send replacement parts and instead of return or refund.
Please email us with clear photos if your item is damaged within 7 days. We need them to do the next for you.
In following situations, reasonable charges may apply(Actual charge varies per the package dimension):
1.Return wrong item purchased(or items no longer needed) for refund or replacement
2. Item returned by courier due to a non-delivery (Nobody available at home)
3. Change of address after an order has been dispatched
In these situations, charges would be deducted from your original purchase price.
All items can be returned within 21 days of receiving. Items must be unused and in their original packaging in unspoilt condition. Items can be returned for replacement, refund or exchange for a different size or colour subject to a re-postage charge. Please note that pack and postage costs are direct costs and as such are the customer’s responsibility, we will refund the purchase cost of the item. Refunds will be minus postage. For the products such as helmet, because of safety reason, the helmet must be returned in unused condition. The helmet cannot be treated as an unused condition if the film on the visor has been peeled off. Please email us with clear photos if your item becomes faulty within 14 days and we will replace it. Postage is only paid by us for faulty items when customers ask for exchange; otherwise, the buyer is eligible for the cost of package and postage.
