Products

We specialize in made-to-measure and custom window blinds, as well as retractable awnings under the INTELROLL and INTROLL brand names, which are trademarked. Installation services are available for all our products by third party installers. 

Online Purchases

Orders can be placed at intelroll.co.uk, and payments are processed online exclusively via third-party providers, such as Stripe, PayPal, or through BACS or digital invoices directly. 

Professional Installation

To activate the warranty on our awnings, we require the use of a certified Professional Installer. For any concerns about product faults, please contact us at info@intelroll.co.uk or via our website’s contact form. Depending on the issue, we may provide remote support or arrange for product return and inspection.

Return Policy

Customers may return products at their own expense and risk if they are unused and in their original packaging. A 25% restocking fee applies, plus a £120 + VAT admin fee if the product exceeds 3 meters in dimension upon delivery.
– Returns must be initiated within 21 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for return costs if items were ordered in error, are unsuitable for installation, or are no longer wanted.
– Refunds will be processed only after returned items have been inspected, with any necessary deductions, such as restocking or repair fees, applied. Approved refunds are issued within 7-14 days following confirmation from our customer service team.

We reserve the right to thoroughly inspect any returned item. If our inspection reveals no fault or indicates that the item has developed issues due to inadequate maintenance, Intelroll Global Ltd. will not be held liable for any repairs. In such cases, the item will be returned to you without notice, and any repair service charges will be the customer’s responsibility. Additionally, all costs associated with the return and re-delivery of the item are the customer’s responsibility.

Intelroll Global Ltd. is not liable for any loss of profits, business interruptions, or incidental impacts resulting directly or indirectly from a faulty or defective product. Customers are advised to plan accordingly for any potential disruptions.

Warranty on Retractable Awnings

At Intelroll Global Ltd., we strive to deliver top-quality products with a warranty to support customer satisfaction. Please refer to our Guarantee Policy below:

1. Manufacturing Guarantee
Our retractable awnings are guaranteed against manufacturing defects, such as:
– Scratches on Inner Parts: Coverage applies if the inner parts of the awning have scratches or damage unrelated to delivery.
– Incorrect Parts: Any incorrect parts supplied will be replaced free of charge.
– The Manufacturing Guarantee is valid for 12 months from the purchase date.

2. Exclusions from Coverage
The guarantee excludes:
– Broken Parts Due to Use: Parts damaged from regular use, misuse, or external factors. Replacement parts are available at a reasonable cost.
– Fabric Coverage: Fabric defects are covered for 14 days post-purchase; thereafter, fabric issues are not covered.

3. Installation Services
As a retail company, we do not offer installation but can recommend trusted installers. Third-party installation services are not covered under this guarantee. Installation services may incur a call-out fee starting at £90, depending on location, with final charges determined by the installer. The Customer need to ensure that all power supplies, connections are appropriate for the goods supplied. All goods must be fitted by a professional fitter, Intelroll Global Limited will accept no liability for damage to goods or any other liability or loss caused by incorrect fitting or adjusting during the installation. Intelroll Global Limited reserves the right to ask for the installation and service engineer reports for warranty claims.

4. How to Make a Claim
Contact our customer service team with proof of purchase and issue details to make a warranty claim. Eligible claims will result in the replacement of defective parts.

*Please note: For Back to Base warranties, customers are responsible for the cost of returning products to our warehouse. If no fault is identified, return shipping remains the customer’s responsibility.*

Disputes and Liability

INTELROLL GLOBAL LTD. holds no liability for lost profits or business interruption due to defective units or delivery delays. Customers must provide accurate information during the warranty process; providing false information may lead to legal action to recover associated costs.
