INT500 FULL CASSETTE AWNING
Electric Motorised or Manual Controlled
INT500 means that the awning retracts into a metal cover for complete protection.
Our full cassette awnings are heavy duty awnings, ideal for both residential and commercial use, including shops and pubs. They combine contemporary design with superior quality and great value for money. Finished to a very high specification, they have a strong powder coated aluminium frame with retractable arms containing coated steel cables. Full cassette awnings are the strongest of all of our awnings. The integrated gutter in the front bar also allows water to run off easily.
The awning can be opened and closed easily and smoothly using the winding handle on the left hand side. It can be opened as much or as little as you like up to the maximum projection. The awning is adjustable to enable you to alter the slope of the awning from almost horizontal to a relatively steep tilt of approximately 5-35 degrees from the horizontal.
Available in Manual / Electric / LED / WIND RAIN SUN Sensor version with colour grey frame or colour white frame.
INT400 Half Cassette
Patio and Commercial Awnings
INT400 Half cassette patio and garden awnings still offers varying degrees of protection to the fabric although the arms do not retract into this type of cassette.
It has a strong 40mm lightweight metal frame with powder coated aluminium arms. INT400 Half-Cassette awning can be opened and closed easily and smoothly using the winding handle on the left hand side (see pictures to the right). The awning can be opened as much or as little as you like up to the maximum projection.
The specially designed arms are adjustable to enable you to alter the slope of the awning from almost horizontal to a relatively steep tilt of approximately 40 degrees from the horizontal. The aluminium front bar ensures the fabric hangs smoothly.
Long Lasting: Gearbox has been developed with only metal parts, no plastic inside. Also using double wires in each arms for heavy duty usage.

Garden and Patio Awnings
INT300 Retractable Patio Awnings still a heavy duty awnings hence we are using the 40mm X 40mm metal bars instead the budget type 35mm x 35mm version. All our awnings are coming with full set of fitting materials. Including the matching size and colour of brackets screws washers spring washers nuts and expansion bolts for concrete and brick walls.
The awning can be opened as much or as little as you like up to the maximum projection. The specially designed elliptical arms are adjustable to enable you to alter the slope of the awning from almost horizontal to a relatively steep tilt of approximately 35 degrees from the horizontal. The aluminium front bar ensures the fabric hangs smoothly.
Available sizes are 2.5m x 2m / 3m x 2.5m / 3.5m x 3m / 4m x 3m / 4.5m x 3.5 / 5m x 3.5m. Fabric: 300gsm water resistant UV protected (98%) colour grey.

Free Standing Awnings – INT600
for Pubs coffe and Restaurants
INT600 Double sided free standing awnings are designed to shade a large area, with no requirement to fix them to a wall. Stylish and simple, they are a popular choice both for domestic use and for shops, cafes and restaurants. They are an ideal way to shade your dining table or keep your kids out of the sun; they also provide protection from showers.
Larger than a traditional patio umbrella, they consist of two retractable awnings mounted on a central frame. We use 40mm bars instead of 35mm light duty.
Operation is by manual crank; the crank is fixed on the left hand side and operates both awnings at once. The awnings can be projected as little or as much as you require, up to the maximum specified above. The angle of tilt can be varied as required and the fabric rolls back when the awning is not in use. (Arm to horizon is 8 degrees).

- Up to 2 tubes of high strength epoxy resin (sufficient for up to 2 brackets)
