Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping:

Please ensure that a valid contact number is provided, as the courier may need to contact you before attempting delivery.

Most items are stocked in our UK store and generally dispatched the next working day after the order is placed.

Shipping Policy and Charges:

The stated postage and packing (P&P) fee applies only to addresses in Mainland England. Additional charges apply to the following regions:
– Channel Islands (GY & JE)
– Isle of Wight (PO30-PO41)
– Isle of Man (IM)
– Northern Ireland (BT)
– Specific postcodes, including ZE, HS, KW, BFPO, KA26-KA28, TR21-25, AB31 and above, DD3-DD11, DG3-DG9, EH35-EH46, FK14, FK18-FK21, G83-G84, IV, KA6 & KA18-KA19, KY9-KY10, KY14-KY16, ML11-ML12, TD1-TD14, PA20 and above, PH3 and above
– Scottish Borders & Highlands
– All other offshore islands
– Military address (BFPO): currently beyond our delivery service.

If your delivery address falls within one of these surcharge areas, please contact us to arrange for additional postage payment.

Return Policy:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for incorrectly ordered items, unwanted items, or returns not pre-approved by IntelRoll. Returned items must be in resaleable condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Returns must be received within 21 days of dispatch.

For damaged items, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions, we prioritise providing replacement parts rather than processing returns or refunds.

We reserve the right to thoroughly inspect any returned item. If our inspection reveals no fault or indicates that the item has developed issues due to inadequate maintenance, Intelroll Global Ltd. will not be held liable for any repairs. In such cases, the item will be returned to you without notice, and any repair service charges will be the customer’s responsibility. Additionally, all costs associated with the return and re-delivery of the item are the customer’s responsibility.

Intelroll Global Ltd. is not liable for any loss of profits, business interruptions, or incidental impacts resulting directly or indirectly from a faulty or defective product. Customers are advised to plan accordingly for any potential disruptions.

Return Conditions and Fees:

Reasonable charges may apply in the following cases (actual costs vary depending on package size and weight):
1. Returning an incorrect or no-longer-wanted item for a refund or replacement
2. Item returned by the courier due to unsuccessful delivery (e.g., nobody available at the address)
3. Address change after dispatch

Any applicable fees will be deducted from your original purchase price.

All items can be returned within 21 days of receipt if they are unused and in their original, unspoilt packaging. Returns can be processed for replacement, refund, or exchange (size or color changes are subject to additional shipping fees). Please note that postage and packaging costs are non-refundable, and refunds will cover only the item cost, minus the original postage fees.

For specific products, like helmets, safety regulations require that they be returned in an unused state. A helmet is considered used if the protective film on the visor has been removed, in which case it is ineligible for return.

Faulty Item Policy:

– Within 14 Days: If an item becomes faulty within 14 days, please email us with clear photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement. For exchanges due to a fault, we will cover postage costs; otherwise, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

– After 14 Days: If an item becomes faulty or requires adjustment after 14 days, please contact us. We may be able to offer repair services at our warehouse. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to our warehouse, as well as the redelivery cost after repairs are completed. Alternatively, for an additional charge, we may arrange for a professional installer to address the issue at your location. This call-out fee is to be covered by the customer.
